Hi Anton, this product is amazing! I just started to take it in water and this morning I ran 8 km in 40 min and this didn't happened in years. I have a few questions: - how many IC's can we associate? - can I take the superfood and the digestive complex together every day? - can I add the Let go and the Night progesterone patch for woman ? - how often and how long you recommend them to be taken?
