My IC pad is glowing, but not blinking for most of the ICs and PEMFs. My volume is turned up to the max. Same whether I use the phone or computer. Itโ€™s been like this all day. Iโ€™ve still used the device but none of the remedies seemed to work today. Especially, this one which worked wonderfully the first night.

Candace Milbry, that is normal that IC Pad is just glowing for some ICs, it depends on the signal form and frequencies included. Also, for PEMFs it can change during the transfer, like the first minute not flashing, just glowing, and later flashing, depending on what frequencies are currently playing.ย
