Valeria Valletti hello. Can I please ask what Anton suggested? I have terrible hip joints, unable to sit cross- legged on the floor anymore but all other movements are fine. Thanks!

Kate Happy hips, hip flexors, relaxation, and balance. One at a time, the first two on the groin and the last on the solar plexus.
