Should you place the holographic side on the pad or the adhesive side when imprinting?

joke van asselt, when imprinting with the IC Pad, the holographic side should be placed facing the pad, while the adhesive side should face outward, away from the pad.

joke van asselt, for heel bursitis, you can try the following ICs:

Inflammation and Pain: may help reduce local inflammation and discomfort in joints and surrounding soft tissue. Place the IC Pad directly on the affected heel and use 1-2 times per day.
