Hello Anton. 1. At what volume should I be listening? 2. The interruption of the audio (probably repetition of the recording) bothers me a lot. Is it just me? Especially when I try to relax, the short brake somehow always pulls me out.

Hello Yvonne, you should hear at a comfortable volume, not too loud. Sorry for the interruption if it repeats. I will try to fix them for this IC.

Railender, I see there could be small pauses (like for 1 second) every 50 or so seconds, that is normal, it is just new cycle starts.
