For fascia pain, where exactly should I place the pad, please? I've had pain for a month now, all the way down my left leg. Thanks.

ย Herbaut, for fascia-related pain, you can generally place the pad directly over the area where the pain is strongest.

If the pain runs down the entire leg, you may try:

โ€ข The most painful point
ย โ€ข The origin of the pain (for example, hip or lower back if the pain radiates from there)
ย โ€ข Moving the pad along the painful pathway in different sessions
