This is such a basic question, but would really appreciate help. I'm struggling with many symptoms, and massive brain fog is one of them. Thus, the basic question. When I transfer using my iPad, the only time it doesn't make the noise is when I have it plugged into the charger. I have it connected to BT. BT is the only way to get the imprint in, right? I'm not sure why the charger needs to be on to not make the noise. I do have the volume turned up all the way. It works a bit better with my iPhone, but I'm using it all of the time, so I really prefer to use my iPad. I know there are a ton of videos and comments out there, but like I said, the brain stuff is a blocker for me right now. I do have a mind clarity complex ready to go. Thanks.
