Use this PEMF at bedtime. Put the IC Pad on your chest and start IC Transfer. Additionally, drink 500 ml of the Super Sleep IC and add the Trauma PEMF for complete recovery.

I tried the Super Sleep PEMF, I held the Hummer to my chest for 15 minutes while watching a show. Combining this with the Super Sleep plus CBD that I drank and a little before-bed red light therapy I slept heroically and had a memorable dream.

When I use the glowing pad with iPhone, the glowing on the pad stops after 30 seconds while the timer above on this PEMF still runs - is this correct?

Hi lilfish, please make sure audio volume is set to maximum on your iPhone after you start transfer. Also, do you have the same with other ICs or only some?

Hi Magda, there might be stronger effect if you run it few times in a row. More important would be using the same PEMF IC at least one time each day, because the effect builds up.

Please explain the importance of drinking 500ml of super sleep IC, is it OK to drink less?

Hi Glenda, we sent notification about your question to IC Developer. In general for the Imprint ICs we recommend to use the same IC or Complex at least 3 times a day, drinking at least 50ml (2 oz) of water each time.

The description says "...and add the Trauma PEMF..." Do you run the 15min Super Sleep PEMF first then run the Trauma PEMF after? Or is it possible to make a Personal Complex of the 2 PEMFs?

Hi Ann-Margaret, for PEMF ICs it is better to use them one after another. You can create a complex including both ICs and set One-by-one mode so they will be transferred one after another.

Hi William, chest and stomach are usually the first choices for "general application" PEMF ICs because in those locations the strongest blood flow, but you can also apply an IC transfer device to the wrist.

Hi Sharon, under "drink Super Sleep IC" they meant "Super Sleep plus CBD" Imprint IC Complex, please search that name, you can transfer it to water and drink.
