Dear Anton my Glowing IC Pad doesn't light up during the transfer, although In my laptop screen I can notice the frequency line . Is there any problem?

Hi I experienced the same issue and realized I needed to plug in the charging cord into the IC Glow Pad and after it was fully charged I resumed uploading ICs to my water. I now keep my Glow Pad plugged into the charging cable al the time. Hope this helps.emil hurezeanu,

Dear Emil, please try to use another browser, I just tried with Safari and it indeed works strangely, maybe some new safari update has bugs. With Chrome works as expected. Also, make sure the audio volume is set to maximum during the transfer

Hi Andrea, as I understood you have a previous version of glowing IC Pad, and I assume that maybe the audio cable maybe does not work. I will send you an email with a phone number to set up the call so we can troubleshoot it more efficiently.
