Hello, I'd like to print a sticker. Now I have a few questions: Do I place the hologram or the adhesive side on the glowpad? Do I use water or body imprint? Which light is best to use? Thank you for your answer. Best regards, Susanne

If there is the menu that show the schedule remote programs that we set up so it will be great . Because we can see  and edit them again ..Thanks

my glow pad is not working  it is fully charged   the sound is up the whole way but it is not doing anything when the imprinting is happening which isn't happening

Hello Infopathy Support,
I'm experiencing an issue with the Infopathy app.
The app is not working properly. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled it, but the problem persists. As soon as I enter my username and password, I'm redirected back to the login screen instead of being logged into my account.
