Hi, I have a couple of concerns about my device and wanted to check if it may be malfunctioning. Iโ€™ve noticed that it doesnโ€™t seem to shut off automatically after 10 minutes of inactivity, which I thought it was supposed to do. Also, after running a program tonight, the red light stayed on even after the PEMF session ended. Is this normal, or could there be an issue with the device? Thank you!

When I transfer from my computer, the blue thumbnail offers the choice between "imprinting water or applying body," but when I start the transfer from my phone or iPad, this option disappears and instead I see "transfer all at once/one by one." Is there a difference in the interface between the version displayed on the computer and the one displayed on the phone/iPad? Thank you.

I switched from Firefox to Safari Browser and it worked. Not sure why because Firefox has been working for your transfers for almost three years now.  Anyway it works now with Safari. Thanks

When I try to download a ic formula - it just keeps spinning.  May IC device is plugged into the headphones-I can send a screenshot if needed tell me what to do?  Thanks

hi all, trying to add an avatar photo for my remote Ics. Clicked on the blank area to edit and add one, but nothing pops up. I was able to add my address.  also would like to somehow add my cat Misty and her photo.  thanks for all the help you've given me! Cat
