The lights on my Glowing IC Pad 3 turn on, then immediately turn off. This happens in all three modes. Is my unit defective, or is there a way to remedy this?

My IC pad is turning on connecting to my Bluetooth however the lights are not working on the unit
As far as I know nothing has happened to the unit

I spend considerable time in Mexico, and we don't drink the water here. I have alkaline and purified water delivered from a high-quality water shop. The alkaline water is made from purified water (reverse osmosis), and minerals are added naturally. Which water do I want to use to imprint my water?

Hi Anton, lately, for the past few months, the Hummer device has been freezing most of the time with a constant, never-ending sound. I have to close the website or app because otherwise, no matter how many times I press the stop button, it just keeps playing.
