I updated my iPhone to 15.11. The the audio now stops/transfer stops when the screen shuts off/sleeps. Suggestions?

Hi Tess, there is currently a bug with iOS 15+, currently, workaround is following: Start transfer -> open a new tab in the browser (Safari) and then lock the screen. Please let us know if that helped you. Thank you!

Hi Tom Elliott, it starts with a high 10 kHz frequency, not everyone can hear it well.

Hi Lauret, this integrated circuit is relatively "quiet" and has high frequency pulses. You will not feel any vibrations, but try to turn up the volume a little bit, then you might hear the sound.
