Mitochondria are rod-shaped organelles that can be considered the power generators of the cell, converting oxygen and nutrients into adenosine triphosphate (ATP). ATP is the chemical energy "currency" of the cell that powers the cell's metabolic activities. ATP is also needed as an important signaling molecule inside and outside cells. To be used for the liver, kidneys and other organs as well as with muscles before and after exercise, for muscle-skeletal pain (myofascial pain and joints, spine).

I was under-slept and sleep-deprived from late-night podcasting, even Modafinil didn't help much! I tried running this frequency on my chest and attached it to the back of my head. I ran it for probably about 30 minutes total and now feel surprisingly pepped up.

I was tired and beside myself all day. Have run the Hummer a few times and I'm really better now.

So far the Energy Awake is my favorite energy one. I put it on my sternum and can feel the power up inside, which is saying a lot with fibromyalgia! I'm so excited to keep trying so all of these. I'm working through my different symptoms and finding some relief! Thank you for the very out of the box thinking!

On Anton's (the inventor) advice, I used the Energy Wake IC for about 15 minutes during meditation which resulted in subtle energizing body sensations and a very positive, clear headspace. I meditate with a red light therapy lamp shining on the crown of my head, listening to Brain.FM binaural beats, while monitoring my heart rate variability with my HeartMath sensor - which resulted in a good but not outstanding (for me) HRV score. While this put me in a very cool headspace, stacking a bunch of different biohacks during meditation robs from the mindfulness itself as the Bluetooth never seems to work flawlessly. What I love about my red light and the Infopathy IC Pad is that you just plug them in and they work reliably.

We did experiment with the Hummer as a "sex hack" and the results were disappointing.
