A5H consists of A-KGS (alpha-ketoglutarate) and 5-HMF (5-hydroxymethylfurfural). What sounds so complicated is involved in quite natural metabolic processes in the human body. 5-HMF is contained in high concentration in prune juice and has a high antioxidant capacity.
The active ingredient combination A5H converts oxidative stress into fuels that are important for our cells. In this way, it helps our mitochondria, the power stations in our cells, to generate energy. If there is not enough oxygen and fuels available, the cell does not work optimally. No nutrients can be absorbed and thus the cell begins to accumulate waste products. The cell regenerates poorly, ages faster and eventually dies.
