Hi everyone! I would like to make a complex for my Dad who has just started to get hip pain from arthritis. Can anyone suggest a better complex? I can see there are a lot of PEMF options too, I will have him try a few. Many thanks, as always!

Kate, for hip arthritis, a simpler, more targeted complex will usually work better.

The most effective core combination is Joint Ease Plus together with Glucosamine + Chondroitin (with MSM) , as these directly support cartilage, joint lubrication, stiffness, and pain. A small suggestion that could be helpful for easier research: a page that groups possible remedies according to a selected type of illness or condition. This would be a considerable help for beginners.

Yvan Strummiello, you're welcome. Verneuil’s disease (hidradenitis suppurativa) is a chronic skin condition that leads to painful bumps, inflammation, and scarring.

Suggested ICs to start with:

1) Myristica Sebifera 5CH (Imprint) - may help with abscesses, boils, suppurative (pus-forming) conditions.
2) Juglans Regia 1D (Imprint) - may help with various skin issues.
