Hi Anton, I'm looking for the frequency for Diindolylmethane by itself. There was a recent study that came out highlighting the benefits to oral health, specifically its ability to help eliminate plaque and decay. Many thanks!

Hi Anton and team this is a fabulous mix. If I am taking this and then taking a complex of VitB6, VitB12, theanine and theacrime in the same day do you think that is too much vitamin b to take? Thank you!
