Happy early Christmas to everyone!

i've added 10 additional IC PEMFs to the Public Library.

i am also testing a new description / instruction format to make it easier for you to know what the IC is for and how to use it, as well as recommending additional ICs for extra support.

please take a look and let me know what you think and how they are working for you... See more

Block Therapy has a mini intro course to sample their work, for under $10. Highly recommend.

Itโ€™s 7 or 10 (canโ€™t recall) instruction modules which are honestly life changing, done just with a rolled up towel. No need to buy their block, though Iโ€™m sure itโ€™s excellent.

Melt Method is a great way to start if you've been in chronic pain and are highly sensitive! Its a gentler approach to releasing fascia in an effective way. I have block therapy blocks but cant use them.
