Dorothea Lambert , yes, you can also combine both methods for a more comprehensive approach.

All The Feelings is a PEMF IC, so applying the IC Pad directly to the body (as you are doing) provides targeted support to the nervous system and local tissues. At the same time, imprinting it into water allows the signal to be distributed systemically through the body when you drink it.
