Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP) can be thought of as the "energetic currency" for life and powers cellular processes. While the body is able to produce ATP through its own metabolic processes, supplemental ATP can have a myriad of positive benefits to an organism. These include but are not limited to anti-inflammatory, anti-serotonin, pro-dopamine, anti-glucocorticoid, anti-viral, anti-mutagenic, antimicrobial, anti-cancer, anxiolytic, antidepressant, cardioprotective, anti-ischemic, neuroprotective, and generally anti-aging effects. ATP may also help boost energy, improve blood flow, support digestion, and promote physical and mental performance as well as the (re)growth of hair follicles in certain instances.

Anton, Hi, thank you. Can I start an IC transfer with a glass of water and place an H2 tablet into the water during the transfer? The tablet takes 2-minutes to dissolve and I have one every morning to start my day. I am looking to condense my routine by having my IC water and hydrogen water at the same time!
