Hello dear team, I have the following problem
My light pad no longer works with my phone via cable. It doesn't work with my laptop either. I connected it to another phone via cable, and that worked. I've already changed browsers and swapped cables. Nothing helped. Please give me some advice. It works great over Bluetooth, but I don't want to use it.

Hi Infopathy team, I was so excited to receive my glow pad, however the battery is only lasting 50 minutes. I ran a 20min and 30min PEMF program and then the lights start flickering and it turns off after that. I have tried imprinting while it's on charge but the lights keep turning off, I cannot use it again until it is fully charged? I am assuming from your FAQ on battery life that this is not normal?

Hi, regarding imprinting holographic stickers, can I use the Circuit IC Pad or does it have to be the Glowing pad? Also, in the FAQs it says not to shower with the stickers but in the webinar it says you can, and that the transfer lasts 30 days. Can you please clarify? Lastly, when imprinting, which side of the sticker is being imprinted? I assume itโ€™s the same side that goes on the body since one can imprint the entire roll...

It's been a week since I did a transfer - and I'm just getting the static noise when I start to run a complex from my computer Connections seem to be tight.  Any troubleshooting suggestions?   Have I forgotten a step already???!!!!

Hello, Iโ€™m new to this and Iโ€™ve looked through the FAQs and the specific ICs comments regarding transfer rate and proper use. I have the Circuit IC Pad and the IC 750 ml (25 oz) glass bottle with EMF. If the transfer rate says total 12 min, is that per 2 oz of water?
