I am since a couple of weeks unable to use my Infopathy with my mobile. The sound works fine when I play a song on YouTube and I can hear frequencies when I run an ICare program sounds when the cable is detached. But not with Infopathy programs. When I select headphones for an audio the same. I have an Android mobile that is 5 to 6 years old.ย  Could... See more

Marlies Zoll, if you hear sound during the transfer it means device is not properly connected to your phone. Please watch detailed troubleshooting video here https://www.infopathy.com/en/tutorials/devices?show=glowing3&source=web (it is second video on that page, fast forward to your phone type).ย

About your iPad app not opening / updating:
Please try to reinstall it, please see instructions here https://www.infopathy.com/en/communities?id=5ย

Please let me know if those things helped. Thank you!

Hi all, is there any issue using PEMF on broken bones that have had titanium plates and screws inserted? My friend has broken his collarbone and has a titanium plate and 8 screws put into his shoulder... Thank you!

Kate, we recommend to keep the IC Pad at least 5 cm (2 inches) away from metal implants because it contains a magnet. The IC Hummer also has a magnet (weaker), so bring it in gradually. If thereโ€™s any unpleasant sensation, increase the distance or avoid direct placement over the hardware. Infopathy PEMF can be used safely near titanium dental implants when you start with shorter sessions and adjust... See more
