I tried two other charge cords and nothing. Cleaned the port with alcohol and still nothing .

Shanna, if you making complex for imprinting water it does not matter. However, if you are making complex for direct body application and trying to create a specific synergistic effect, like supporting a sequence of healing processes (e.g., detox followed by tissue regeneration), the order could be important for... Shanna, I think this one Arthritis (inflammation of the joints) as her post 6 years old and that time we probably had only that Arthritis complex, unless she created her own. Cathy Lancey, do you remember which complex did you use? Thank you!
