Just received my IC Glow Pad 3. The lights flash on when selecting, but no lights at all during imprinting or applying to body. I've tried different light options and different IC's. What am I doing wrong?

Thank you! I unplugged and plugged back in several times, using the audio cord. Now it flashes happily works!!! Now testing the PEMF's with it. Should I feel any vibrations? Testing Anti-aging Support.

Liz Oertel, the Glowing IC Pad doesn’t vibrate or make sound. It only lights up and emits magnetic waves, and during many PEMF ICs the light will stay solid rather than flash, which is normal. For direct body application (like Anti-aging Support), use Red + Infrared and make sure your device’s volume is set to maximum after you start the transfer for proper light behavior.

Anton SF Thank you. It is working well for me with both Bluetooth and the audio cable. I know because I hurt my back pretty bad yesterday and I'm so much better today. So glad I finally purchased the glow pad 😁!

Be certain to turn up the volume on your phone or PC to Full. If you Hear anything at all then the cord is not pressed into the socket fully.
