Hello, can I use two more complexes in one day in addition to this one?
I currently have a cold with viruses and bacteria, an ear infection, and my bladder is also inflamed. I currently have high blood pressure and anxiety.
Can I transfer three complexes to water one after the other, 10 minutes apart?

Rolf Werner, yes, you can use three complexes per day. You need to prepare 3 bottles, each with different complex and then drink one complex after another 10 minutes apart.
