This is an experience rather than a comment but I wanted it to be seen. I will post there too. I used this program with the IC hummer against the bottom of my right foot, that’s the worst one, but I did sit with the soles of my feet both against the hummer. I only did one treatment yesterday morning and was shocked , am still shocked, at the lack of pain I feel in my plantar fascia twenty four hours later. I ran it again just now. I am excited... J'ai utilisé ce programme avec le hummer IC contre le bas de mon pied droit, c'est le pire, mais je me suis assis avec la plante de mes pieds contre le hummer. Je n'ai fait qu'un seul traitement hier matin et j'ai été choqué, je suis toujours choqué, du manque de douleur que je ressens dans mon fascia plantaire vingt-quatre heures plus tard. Je... Voir plus
