Hi there, I have been using my glowing IC pad for about 6 months but now it has stopped working. Totally dead. How do we organise a replacement?

Hi Alex, please try to replace an audio cable. It is called Aux 3.5mm. Also, just in case, try to charge the battery with included charger and USB cable.

Hi Glenda, try using one hour or so before bedtime. Also if you wake up at night or can not fall asleep, you can try Audible IC with headphones called "Brain Delta (Sleep)".
