Tracey Holekamp, I also use it in my practice with great success. I usually prescribe it to be used at night before bed So I was wondering whether you have used this for your patients at all (the IC version) and how did that compare? In terms of the IC, would you use it at night as indicated with the chemical version, or do you think the daily dosage schedule would work just as well?

Tracey Holekamp, thank you for sharing. I have multiple sclerosis and started LDN last night. I normally don't like pharmaceuticals and so was feeling very hesitant but your comment sure did make me feel more confident. Thank you!

Hi Mary, you can imprint water to drink and also apply its skin. In both cases do it at least 3 times a day.

Anton Sheikh-Fedorenko, thanks Anton for the advice but I suppose the elephant in the room with this IC is questioning if this frequency will also damage the microbiome ? Can we have the benefits without the side effects ? Cheers xx

Hi Mary, this is a good question. I was thinking to provide related information in my previous answer :) ICs, for example, related to antibiotics based on our observations do not harm even bad bacteria but help our own immune system to fight them. If you apply penicillin IC to the yeast in a petri dish (in vitro), it will grow a bit faster (positive effect compared to the actual substance), but when we drink water with antibacterial IC, it will... Anton Sheikh-Fedorenko, This is brilliant Anton and is not the way I was envisioning the IC to be working. I am still to watch the presentation that Daniel posted some weeks ago and Iโ€™m hoping this will deepen my understanding even further. I just have to remember how to find the link to it !!!๐Ÿง๐Ÿฅฐ๐Ÿฅฐ
