I have been using my IC for variety of things and can say i have felt a shift. I was skeptical at first but being skeptical is healthy and also leave out the expectation of when you want it to work. The body, physical, mental and emotional all need the time to heal so that it can withstand any obstacles that may or may not come our way.

Little trick: Do not forget to lower the volume on the player if you transmit all the frequencies at the same time because by default there is saturation.
