This Solfeggio frequency is a natural anaesthetic that relieves pain, tension, and stress. For best results, listen to this IC at least 3 times a week for a minimum of 15 minutes for 4-6 weeks. Adjust the volume to a moderate/low level that is comfortable. Great as background music for meditation!

I was going to use my GlowPad as a PEMF on my TMJ this evening and discovered it needed charging. Found this audio IC for pain while my GlowPad was charging. I used it for 15 minutes just on low while reading and the pain is definitely not as intense as it was . Will be trying this again!
