I have been using my IC for variety of things and can say i have felt a shift. I was skeptical at first but being skeptical is healthy and also leave out the expectation of when you want it to work. The body, physical, mental and emotional all need the time to heal so that it can withstand any obstacles that may or may not come our way.

Hi. Is it ok to apply this IC as PEMF, by placing Glowing IC pad on the sternum (only light, no sound)? 
And, generally speaking, the PEMF programs could be applied directly on the body with IC pad, or only IC hammer is ok (as it also produces sound?
