Useful sleep aid. When combined with melatonin 60 g (x6) and liposomal melatonin (x2) and/or Super Sleep Pemf I always get a long sleep duration.  I use 6x melatonin for covid protection (see Dr.Doris Loh's work) and immunity but others may find 2x sufficient for insomnia.
PS. For those prone to nightmarish dreaming try taking a capsule of bioavailable copper at the same time when using high doses of melatonin.

Use it for sleep
Both my girlfriend and I feel it makes us drowsy almost immediately. Haven't discerned if sleep quality improves as measure by oura ring yet.
The only IC I've noticed significantly so far really

Amazing... This IC packs a wallop! Gave it to my brother and it helped him sleep quite well. After trying it, he said it was best sleep he'd had in months. I tried myself when I had trouble falling asleep a few weeks ago - I slept very soundly for the next 5 hours. I woke feeling refreshed.

it is great. my children usually stay up late in bed singing random songs and taking turns keeping each other awake, but when we discovered this they fell asleep quickly and didnt wake up in the middle of the night to bug me.

I shared this IC with my brother during a time of stress for him. The next morning he woke feeling very refreshed and said this was the best night's sleep he'd had in months. It works very well!
