I am having trouble charging my glow pad. The orange light only comes on occasionally if I jiggle the cord just the right way but doesn't stay on. Is this a common problem? I did read one other person having this issue. How long should the glow pad last? I use it every day.

Hello, I would like to know if when using the Glowing IC Pad 3 via Bluetooth, the frequency of this connection does not alter the information transmitted to the water by the device? Thank you in advance for your feedback.

Hi,

I think there is something wrong with my glowpad. The orange light doesn't illuminate when I plug it in to charge anymore. I've tried using different plug-ins, charging cords, and charging blocks and nothing works for the disc but they work for other devices I have.
