This combination contains several botanicals that inhibit 5-alpha-reductase, which is an enzyme that converts testosterone to the more potent DHT. This is a key therapy for the treatment of prostate cancer and also benign prostatic hypertrophy (BHP). It is also appropriate in the treatment of conditions with elevated testosterone levels such as polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS).

I should add that using this frequency to inhibit the conversion of Testosterone to DHT, will obviously not be nullified by any of the metabolic pitfalls mentioned in my previous post.
