Anastrazole is an aromatase inhibitor, blocking the conversion of androgens to estrogens. It is used in the treatment of estrogen receptor (ER) positive breast cancer. Anastrazole can be used in men as well to inhibit the conversion of testosterone to estrogen, thus enhancing the effects of testosterone therapy.
