I absolutely love this one. I had fibromyalgia about 12 years ago. Pain was excruciating. My hips froze in place. I have done all natural things to bring my body back to stasis. My left hip has not much range of motion and still carries pain. I was using this then lost my IC Pad. I found it last night and my hip has so missed this! I love it.

Kathi Thank you for this review. I created this Pemf for my wife who  is is an ex professional dancer with similar issues. She too loves it and it is one of her maintainence Pemfs. We love Infopathy and FSM

Molly, do you mean part where she trying to open a finger lock? In the post please see Step by Step guid:

  • After asking the question, try to pull the thumb and index finger apart using the other hand.
  • Pay attention to how easily or difficult it is to break the circle.
As she has lots of experience with the testing, she does it pretty fast.

Anton SF I see, thank you for explaining that. She does do it very fast and I guess it would have been helpful to see it demonstrated more slowly just once.
My finger circle holds no matter what I ask so I may need to find a different muscle testing method

Molly, it is important that strengh can just little bit change, need to listen to that change. For this you can hold your fingers less tight:
