Muscle testing for selecting best ICs

Anton SF
Muscle testing, also known as applied kinesiology, is a technique some healers use to determine the body’s response to various treatments or substances. This is a valuable tool for selecting the most suitable ICs from Infopathy, allowing you to tap into the body's intuitive wisdom. By using this technique, you can identify which ICs resonate best with your body or your clients, ensuring a more personalized and effective approach to healing.

Step-by-Step Guide to Muscle Testing

  1. Prepare Your Hands:
    • With your dominant hand, form a circle by touching the tip of your thumb to the tip of your index finger. This circle should be strong and locked, as if you are trying to keep them together.

  2. The Testing Process:
    • With your other hand (usually the non-dominant one), place the thumb and index finger inside the circle created by your dominant hand.
    • The goal is to try and pull apart the circle with the fingers of your non-dominant hand while asking a specific question or thinking about the treatment you're testing.

  3. Ask a Clear Question:
    • While holding the circle tight, ask a clear and specific question. For example, "Is this IC beneficial for me?" or "Is this IC right for me?"
    • The question should be answerable with a simple “yes” or “no.”

  4. Test the Strength of the Circle:
    • After asking the question, try to pull the thumb and index finger apart using the other hand.
    • Pay attention to how easily or difficult it is to break the circle.

  5. Interpret the Response:
    • Strong Response (Circle Stays Locked): If the circle remains intact and strong, it is interpreted as a "yes" or a positive response, indicating that the treatment or substance is beneficial or aligned with your body.
    • Weak Response (Circle Breaks Easily): If the circle breaks easily, it is interpreted as a "no" or a negative response, suggesting that the treatment or substance may not be beneficial or suitable for your body.

What to Listen For

  • Consistency: The strength of the response should be consistent across multiple tests. If it varies significantly, it may indicate that your focus or intent isn’t clear, or that you need to refine your technique.
  • Subtlety: The difference between a strong and weak response can sometimes be subtle. Pay close attention to how much effort is needed to break the circle.

Tips for Effective Muscle Testing

  • Relax and Focus: Stay relaxed and focus on the question or treatment you are testing. Your mental state can influence the results.
  • Practice: Muscle testing can take time to master. Practice regularly to become more sensitive to the responses.
  • Ask Clear Questions: Keep your questions simple and direct to get the most accurate results.

What are you doing with your hands? Is that a part of narrowing down to the frequency that a body needs?

This method is also very helpful for me to find out how many ICs can be used in a complex.
My body can currently tolerate up to eight different ones, at least according to the test.
