I was doing some ICs when my pad began flashing. I then recharged it until the yellow light came off and when I plugged it in again it began flashing on and off. What am I doing wrong, please?

Hi Linda, during the transfer glowing IC Pad should flash. Pattern of flashes may vary from IC to IC. Please follow these steps:
1) connect IC pad to your phone or computer.
2) start transfer
3) make sure volume is set to maximum on your phone or computer.
