I haven't had my injury medically assessed, but I'm fairly certain this is a ligament and/or tendon issue in my knee area that happened weeks ago. The chronic IC results were not as immediate beneficial over the acute IC. This specific IC in one application was extremely helpful in that the tightness and weakness improved.

Is this consistent with an injury to the anterior talofibular ligament? I won't know if it's torn until mid-June after an MRI, but it's stabbing and very painful; I can't put any weight on it.
Also because I have plantar fasciitis. What's the best thing I can use for that?
