I haven't had my injury medically assessed, but I'm fairly certain this is a ligament and/or tendon issue in my knee area that happened weeks ago. The chronic IC results were not as immediate beneficial over the acute IC. This specific IC in one application was extremely helpful in that the tightness and weakness improved.

For postoperative anterior cruciate ligament surgery, is this a good program or is there another more advantageous one for faster healing?
