Hereโs a simple 3-axis approach:
1. Brain Theta (Deeply relaxed) [Audible] This one is very relevant for nightmares. Theta brainwaves are the state where dreaming and emotional memory processing happen. This audible supports the brain in that transition zone between waking and sleep, where fears and subconscious imagery tend to surface. Many people find it helps soften the intensity of dream content rather than suppressing it.
โ Listen before sleep or while falling asleep.
2. Trauma & Shock Conflict Release [PEMF] Recurring nightmares are often linked to stored emotional stress โ not necessarily big trauma, but unresolved impressions in the nervous system.
