I was feeling inexplicably off, not really hurting or sick but definitely apathetic with no energy. My body scan showed my crown chakra was off balance and admittedly I felt low in spirits. It also showed spike proteins but I took my usual supplements to fight that off and I rarely feel mental imbalance from those anyway so this was blowing my mind. Then I saw a comment about this IC so I tried it and it truly lifted me up asap (30 min?) mentally and helped me get back on track to focus and finish my work that day.

The hot flashes caused by the menopause have disappeared for me (Claudia), I drink 0.25 l a day after getting up and at midday, many thanks to Daniel Knebel 🙂
