Absolutely fantastic! I always do it about half an hour before going to sleep, and I sleep really well and hardly ever wake up. Effective from the first use! I use it for 6 repetitions and I'm thrilled.

Worked! Used it for my 12 years old daughter who always have difficulty in falling sleep and maintaining. Today we used it with Ic pad set it at 6 times and when I checked  her after about 30 mins she was sleeping deeply

I used this for the first time randomly last night and it really gave me a sense of sleepiness soon after. I actually stayed asleep most of the night which is not usual for me. So I will try it again tonight. I only ran it once for 2 minutes with my IC glow pad. Impressed/

It doesn’t produce a strong glow while in operation. Idk if that’s the case or not. Volume is set to max, tried different browsers, all the same
