Dates are known to be beneficial in treating various conditions due to their anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and anti-tumor properties. Dates may be used to help improve brain function, support strong bones, regulate blood sugar levels, reduce inflammation, improve digestive health, relieve constipation, improve skin health (maintain skin elasticity), support heart health, support eye and vision health, and boost energy. It may also be used to help promote and ease natural labor in pregnant women when taken during the last few weeks of pregnancy.
