Hello, I’m finding that with longer programs such as this one, my device isn’t staying connected to Bluetooth and/or it’s turning off. I charged it overnight, the battery should surely last 1x 26min program. Could the device battery be faulty? Please advise what I should do. I’d love to just run a frequency without having to constantly check if the pad is still on. Thanks in advance:)

Would it be best to place the IC pad on the sternum or the back of the head?
