For ICs that have more than 1 ingredient in them, does it still count as one IC? For example, the liver support imprint lists licorice root and milk thistle as ingredients. Does this count as 2 or 1 IC? If I am to put a max of 6 in a personal complex, would I add 4 or 5 more? Other single ICs like the amino acid ones list far more than 2 in them. Can anything additional be added to it? Would it be ok to add 5 other ICs to it, even if each of those 5 had multiple ingredients?

Seid meiner Anmeldung eben(vorher war es normal) ist die Ansicht riesig,ich sehe immer nur Teile der Seite.wo kann ich die Ansicht รคndern.es ist nur bei dieser App.
Since I registered (it was normal before) the view is huge, I only ever see parts of the page. Where can I change the view. It's only in this app.

Is the sternum the preferred place to place the glow pad when using PEMF and does it need to be on skin or as close to skin as possible?

I would like to get some clarity on using PEMF with glow pad. I seem that there are some complexes and some are "all at once" while others are one by one. Is there a preferred method when I add 2 or 3 PEMF's to a complex?

If I use the glow pad for 20 or 30 seconds will i get any sort of imprint? I ask this because I use my Glow Pad as my main device now for imprinting. When I imprint some other things they normally imprint in only a few seconds. Trying to decide if this magnet / light technology itself needs a full 2 minutes for any imprinting to take place.

When I normally make tinctures and imprint them (Prior to finding Infopathy) I would use spring water and top my tincture bottle with grain alcohol. Using this combo is it still better to use salt? I ask because if I use salt I wont want to drop them under my tongue anymore.. id just drop them in water.
