Good morning, I notice that all the dates on the site are one month ahead. For example, today I was charged for my annual fee, and it says October 29, 2025. And so it is in the history; all the dates are one month ahead. Could this be something related to my computer?

On both iPhone and laptop when the repeat timer gets to โ€œ2โ€ it then changes to โ€œ0โ€ missing โ€œ1โ€.  Please advise thank you.

My Glowing IC Pad 3 no longer flashes when I start the transfer - However, I have the red, blue, then blue and red lights at the same time when I start it. And the signal is indeed emitted since I see the frequency happening on my computer screen. Can you tell me what is happening?

Is it possible to imprint PEMF's onto metal? BICOM practitioner used to do this on small steel discs to wear on the body over the week. For when / if device cannot be accessed. If so, what is recommended to use, rings, other jewellery? Thank you!

I just got the IC Pad a couple of weeks ago if not that. It seemed to be working fine once I realized I needed to push in the cord harder. Now it is not working and the computer is picking up the sound instead of the IC Pad. I have restarted, removed cord, replaced cord all I know to do. Any one have any suggestions?

Can i connect the ic pad to my google phone?
The cord it came with fits into my computer but not into my google phone
Can i just get a cord form a computer store?
