I imprint six times in morning water. Will do so for afternoon and evening. This definitely helps me control my eating. I also notice that I am more aware of putting healthy items into my body when I do eat. I have also imprinted into my coffee creamer so it can work with the coffee when I drink it as coffee is already an appetite suppressant. Now I do not... See more

Anna , thatโ€™s such a great and mindful approach! Thank you for sharing your experience with this IC - itโ€™s inspiring how youโ€™re using it with intention and awareness.

Indeed, when used this way, it can help promote a balanced relationship with food and support healthy metabolic rhythms. The way you described combining it with your coffee creamer is also clever - integrating frequencies into your daily routine in small... See more

Difference between this IC and Spirulina Phycocyanin? Is this the GREEN if the Phycocyanin is the BLUE? If so, can we add the word 'Chlorophyll' to distinguish between the two? Many thanks...

Alice Jerahian, B.Sc, MEd, the Spirulina represents the whole spirulina algae, which naturally contains both the green pigment chlorophyll and the blue pigment phycocyanin. In contrast, the Spirulina Phycocyanin focuses only on the blue pigment extract from spirulina, known for its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits.
