Circadian rhythms are mostly affected by light and darkness and are controlled by a small area in the middle of the brain. They can affect sleep, body temperature, hormones, appetite, and other body functions. Abnormal circadian rhythms may be linked to obesity, diabetes, depression, bipolar disorder, seasonal affective disorder, and sleep disorders such as insomnia.

Transfer this complex in One-by-one mode. Start transfer with an IC that corresponds to your local time. For example, if it is between 1 to 3 p.m. for you, then select "1-3 p.m. Small intestine" in the playlist. Once that IC is finished next one will start automatically.
Should I try to correlate drinking imprinted water and/or applying PEMF to the circadian rhythm? For example if I want to use PRMF for the gall bladder, should it be done between 11pm-1am? Does it matter?
Je reviens d un voyage de 21h d avion, plus Bateau, plus train, plus voiture et 12h de décalage horaire. En plus de l' IC sur les décalages horaires, j ai mis celui là, sur certains horaires pour récupérer les bons rythmes de circulation d énergie. Je l'ai fait aux horaires où j'étais disponible pour y penser, de manière aléatoire.
Je suis arrivée dimanche après midi, nous sommes mercredi, pas fatiguée, pas décalée... Couchée normalement, levée naturellement à 8h30... Probablement fatiguée par le voyage, mais pas décalée..
Pour compléter l'expérience, je viens de tester mes niveaux d'énergie avec le Bio-Well et mes méridiens sont plus fonctionnels et équilibrés entre eux qu'avant de partir en vacances!!! Ils auraient pu être dérangés par les 12h de décalage horaire, mais non.
