Electrolyte Plus is a source of electrolytes and cofactors that is perfect for post-workout. It may be used to help replace electrolytes after exercise, support muscle function, retain hydration, promote physical endurance after exercise (especially strenuous or prolonged workouts), enhance tissue recovery, and support mental stamina and focus. This IC was made with the help of vitamin c, chloride, sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, malic acid, alpha ketoglutarate and l-tyrosine.

I love this IC. I drink it after my walks when the weather is hot and immediately feel refreshed.

I have pretty bad gastro. Would that IC be sufficient to help me hydrate?

I use this one when i go to the gym - excellent!. Ive noticed a distinct difference if i don't imprint my water bottle with it with exhaustion and muscle soreness.
