Essential amino acids are amino acids that the body cannot make and therefore need to be obtained through outside sources like food and supplements. They are necessary for proper body function and work to balance the levels of fluid in the body, repair cells, and produce enzymes while promoting energy metabolism. Essential Amino Acid Complex may be taken to support strenuous workout, help with the synthesis of muscle proteins, promote recovery after exercise, and build bone and muscle strength. It may also be beneficial for the elderly as it may be used to maintain muscle mass. This IC was made with the help of L-histidine, L-isoleucine‚ L-leucine‚ L-lysine ‚ L-methionine‚ L-phenylalanine‚ L-threonine‚ L-valine, and vitamin C (to enhance absorption).
